The client is a major company specializing in computer equipment service and repair. Daily, engineers visit dozens of sites while dispatchers handle massive volumes of requests. The project's main goal was comprehensive digital transformation: connecting fragmented request management and inventory processes into a single seamless workflow. The catalyst for change was critical workload growth for dispatchers and logistics staff. Manual data transfer between systems caused delays, while field specialists lacked real-time spare parts availability information, slowing repair completion. The business urgently needed a tool capable of handling hundreds of thousands of requests without compromising service quality or speed.

Daily incoming request volume exceeded one thousand units, making timely routing by operators impossible. A critical database synchronization problem emerged: field technicians lacked access to current material inventory, and parts write-offs occurred with delays. Solution: ERP Module Creation and Integration in 8 Months

A four-specialist team designed an architecture unifying the ITSM 365 platform and corporate 1C system. First, we implemented artificial intelligence algorithms for initial request analysis. Next, we developed mobile workstations for field employees. The final step was configuring bidirectional data exchange, ensuring transparency across all warehouse operations.

Personal inventories for over 100 engineers are synchronized: material write-offs now occur precisely and on-site. Manual entry errors are completely eliminated, and process reliability has increased several times over, paving the way for exponential business scaling.
