The client was a major seed material supplier helping farms select optimal seeds to increase yields. The main goal was to transform scattered spreadsheet data into a unified secure database with a user-friendly interface. The project was driven by the business specifics: the company interacts daily with dozens of suppliers whose warehouse stocks change rapidly. There was an urgent need to create a tool that would handle inventory management, complex financial calculations including dealer commissions and taxes, and provide a transparent role-based access model for managers and executives.

Solution: Development of Smart ERP System in 9 Months

A team of four specialists designed a specialized web application for daily product monitoring. We implemented a "clearing" module that groups items and issues automatic instructions to operators for targeted verification. Complex pricing logic and PDF document generation were implemented and tested iteratively, ensuring a smooth transition from old spreadsheets.
