The client was a major supplier of planting materials for farmers. The company conducts deep market analytics and helps farms select optimal seeds to increase production efficiency. The project was initiated due to growing customer base, which exposed weaknesses in the current communication system. Dispatchers and logistics staff spent too much time on manual call transfers, causing confusion and loss of important inquiries. The main goal was complete automation of interdepartmental interactions, elimination of lost incoming leads, and improvement of overall communication efficiency. The requirement was to create reliable infrastructure for thirty active users that would preserve conversation context and build trust relationships with each customer.
