Creating a Secure Management Environment

The client was a property management company specializing in comprehensive residential building maintenance, property condition monitoring, and interaction with property owners. The main goal was complete modernization of work processes and building a fault-tolerant digital environment from scratch. The project was initiated due to an urgent need to automate routine tasks for accounting, dispatchers, and management, while ensuring strict information confidentiality. The nature of the business involves daily processing of massive amounts of citizens' personal data, so the architecture had to meet the highest standards to prevent any leaks. A reliable foundation was required that could handle the load and provide stable service.

Client Request: Data Vulnerability and Lack of Unified Network

The organization needed to select equipment from scratch and deploy a server cluster for various tasks, including 1C and specialized software. The main challenge was organizing uninterrupted terminal access for fifteen workstations while guaranteeing complete database security in accordance with strict federal legislation requirements.

Solution: RDP Architecture Deployment in 6 Months

A team of four specialists conducted a thorough needs assessment and procured the necessary hardware. In the next phase, we physically and logically separated services, creating dedicated nodes for databases, file storage, and specialized programs. The entire implementation cycle took six months, after which the project was successfully transitioned to regular subscription-based maintenance with round-the-clock monitoring.

Stack: Windows Server, RDP, 1C, Backup Systems

The ecosystem based on Microsoft server operating systems was chosen to ensure maximum performance and seamless integration of office tools. Terminal access allowed employees to work in a unified secure environment on powerful servers, which critically reduced requirements for user PCs. Automatic backup ensures data preservation in case of any failures.

Impact: Achieving 99.9% System Uptime

The implemented infrastructure provided complete protection of residents' personal data and full compliance with federal law licensing requirements. Server separation completely eliminated freezes when working with heavy 1C databases. Thanks to centralized management and round-the-clock single-window technical support, downtime has been reduced to zero, and local computer maintenance costs have decreased significantly.

Future Plans - Network Expansion to Neighboring Complexes

The successful implementation of the current model opens the path for active expansion. We are preparing to offer this fault-tolerant system to neighboring organizations, bringing more residential buildings into the secure area of responsibility. This will allow us to multiply the volume of processed data without performance loss.
