The client was a full-cycle company specializing in exhibition design, equipment manufacturing, and multimedia solution implementation for exhibitions. The project's main goal was to create a technological show element that would attract audience attention while performing a useful function. The development was driven by the growing trend of using generative neural networks. The requirement was not just to impress guests, but to create a universal tool for communication automation. The interactive assistant needed to be easily reconfigurable for any event's specifics, whether a formal corporate conference or an entertaining children's party, providing real-time information about schedules, navigation, and event news.

Event organization involves a massive flow of repetitive questions from visitors: where to find the right hall, when the lecture starts, how to find a speaker. Live staff spend enormous amounts of time on this, burning out from routine tasks. The specific challenge was creating a system that doesn't just respond by template, but instantly adapts to new events.

Solution: Developing an Adaptive AI Booth with RAG

In two months, we designed a hardware-software complex based on a large television panel. The methodology included integrating a generative language model with the client's local knowledge base. We developed a user-friendly administrative panel where the owner can change prompts with a few clicks, giving the booth a new "personality," tone of voice, and uploading current exhibition data.

This technology stack was chosen due to the need for fast natural language processing and stable interface operation. Python and the LangChain framework were perfect for implementing RAG architecture (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). This ensures the neural network relies only on uploaded exhibition documents, completely eliminating the risk of AI hallucinations and incorrect facts.

The interactive booth implementation radically changed the guest navigation process. Routine workload on administrators and hostesses decreased by 90%, allowing them to focus on complex tasks. Equipment adaptation speed for new events increased 10-fold — changing themes now takes minutes. Meanwhile, 100% answer accuracy is ensured: the virtual guide doesn't invent facts but strictly follows the uploaded knowledge base, increasing visitor loyalty and creating a wow effect.

Future Plans - Voice Control and Analytics Integration

Product development includes adding a speech recognition module so visitors can communicate with the booth by voice in noisy pavilions.
