The client was an international company specializing in candidate screening, verification, scoring, and employee monitoring. The project's main goal was to reduce HR risks and significantly accelerate hiring processes through advanced analytics implementation. Managers required deep knowledge in psychology and analytics to manually study a person's digital footprint on social media and build effective dialogue chains. Solution: Creating a Telegram bot with AI in 3 months

A team of two specialists designed a system combining a page parser, text generator based on a large language model, and a convenient messenger interface. The algorithm was configured to extract identity, work experience, and publications. We then implemented heuristic content evaluation so the neural network could form relevant prompts for business communication in English.

These technologies were chosen due to the need to reliably simulate real user behavior in browsers and bypass blocks.
