The client was a company providing comprehensive accounting and HR outsourcing services. The organization helps businesses reduce risks, maintain transparent accounting, and meet tax requirements. At project start, they served over 25 enterprises, each with its own reporting cycle and service package. The main goal was to prepare the business for exponential growth by implementing a unified management system. The need for change arose from requirements for strict control over report submission deadlines and the need to plan specialist workloads. A reliable foundation was required that would combine client database management and task monitoring in one window.

Client Request: Eliminating Chaos in Disparate Databases

Using local databases and outdated solutions created serious risks of losing confidential information. Data fragmentation slowed down accountants' work, and updating platforms during reporting periods became critically complex. The agency needed a centralized, fault-tolerant infrastructure to provide quality service to a growing number of clients without failures.

Solution: ERP Development and Clustering in 4 Months

A team of three specialists designed the basic infrastructure, conducting proper capacity sizing. We deployed a three-tier architecture, configured a fault-tolerant cluster, and implemented an ERP system for process monitoring. Isolated environments with centralized management were created for each serviced organization, and automatic backup procedures were configured.

Stack: Windows Server, 1C:Enterprise 8, PostgreSQL

Choosing 1C server architecture ensured stable operation with multiple isolated databases. To optimize the client's budget, PostgreSQL DBMS was implemented instead of paid MS SQL. We performed deep tuning, configuring memory and scheduler parameters specifically for high disk subsystem loads. Windows Server operating system allowed flexible distribution of platform resources.

Impact: 3x Faster Operations and 100% Data Protection

The software implementation increased simultaneous project management capability by 10 times. Document processing speed by accountants increased 3 times even during peak loads at month-end closing. Over 50 databases are unified in a single cluster with 100% protection against data loss. The established architecture allows connecting new companies for service in minutes.

Future Plans - Artificial Intelligence Integration

The project will be enhanced through implementation of deep analytics algorithms. This will further increase employee efficiency several times over and guarantee absolute accuracy in complex financial calculations. We have prepared the infrastructure for smooth neural network deployment over the next six months.
