The client handles the complete cargo delivery cycle: procurement, inspection, packaging, and transportation of goods for businesses. With growing shipment volumes on the China-Russia route, the company faced a serious challenge. The project aimed to fully automate communications to reduce manager workload and ensure uninterrupted customer updates. The need for change arose from service overload: as the business expanded, the team could no longer handle the flow of repetitive inquiries. There simply weren't enough people to respond promptly to questions about cargo location, status changes, and delivery stages. An intelligent system capable of handling routine tasks was required.
