Creating a Closed Environment for Wholesale Sales

The client was a major supplier and distributor of premium Hi-Fi and Hi-End audio equipment. The business specifics require an individual approach to each partner. The main goal was to develop an isolated digital platform where dealers could securely discuss supply terms and place orders. The prerequisite for starting the work was the need to overcome complex legal, customs, and sanctions barriers in procurement. The company needed a tool that would ensure complete confidentiality of commercial information and allow flexible pricing management. Different legal burdens on counterparties created unique cooperation conditions, making standard open online stores completely unsuitable for this task.

The main challenge was organizing private interaction with dealers under sanctions restrictions. It was necessary to prevent data leaks to third parties and implement an extremely complex multi-level pricing system. Managers had to manually calculate costs considering exchange rates, taxes, and partner status, which led to errors and slowed down the sales process.

Solution: Launching a Secure B2B Portal in 3 Months

A team of five specialists designed the architecture of a closed platform with SMS and Telegram authorization. We applied agile development methodology, dividing the process into sprints. First, we implemented the core with a catalog and complex multi-currency pricing logic, then integrated the system with 1C for inventory synchronization. In the final stage, we implemented product configurator and group purchasing modules.

The choice of Laravel framework was driven by high security requirements and the need to create a complex role-based access model. The MySQL relational database was perfect for storing intricate relationships between products, options, and individual price lists. API integration with 1C ensured seamless product catalog exchange, while the Telegram bot handled instant order status notifications.

Impact: 7x Faster Calculations and Data Protection

Platform implementation allowed transferring 80% of wholesale clients to a unified digital space. Complete protection of commercial information and privacy of all transactions was achieved. Thanks to automatic currency conversion and individual discount accounting, pricing calculation speed for partners increased 7-fold. Managers were freed from routine tasks, while dealers received a convenient tool for order formation, exporting commercial proposals to Excel, and participating in profitable group purchases.

Future Plans - Scaling Private Spaces

We plan to deepen personal account functionality, creating even more isolated and customized zones for major dealers. Within the next six months, seamless integration with popular external analytics and document management services will be implemented to make partner interaction as comfortable as possible.
